The United Nations World Food Program (WFP) Innovation Accelerator seeks, supports, and scales bold new solutions to end global hunger and achieve the SDGs (SDGs).
The WFP Innovation Accelerator and other partners will select early stage ventures and solution providers to receive financial, technical, and methodological support through the program. They will be able to drive climate resilience and natural resource protection, food security, increased income, and employment with the help of talented individuals all over the world.

Lagos CARES Grant for MSMEs
The Lagos COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Program is a state-level intervention that aims to mitigate the local effects of the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic by protecting the livelihoods of existing and newly poor and vulnerable households and supporting the recovery of local economic activity, particularly among MSMEs.The grant is divided into three categories;
Credit Grant: This provides credit grants to co-finance up to 40% of new business loans taken out after the COVID-19 crisis.
Micro Enterprises: Up to ₦ 1 Million
SMEs: Up to ₦ 1 Million
Operations Grant: This grant is intended to help with operational expenses following the onset of Covid-19. It aims to incentivize MSEs to reach pre-COVID 19 employment levels while also covering operational costs.

SMEs: Up to ₦ 1 Million
IT Enhancement Grant: The IT Enhancement Grant provides funding to MSMEs in order to increase their capacity through the use of technology.

The AFD Digital Challenge is an annual competition for digital start-ups that create and implement innovative solutions for African development.
The competition identifies and supports Africa’s top ten digital innovators. These winners will receive up to €20,000 in funding to help them realize their projects and maximize their social and environmental impact. They also receive one year of personalized professional and strategic support. The AFD Digital Challenge’s high profile gives the winners more visibility and helps them make a name for themselves in Africa and internationally.

Google for Startups Accelerator for Women Founders in Africa
The Google for Startups Accelerator: Women Founders program is designed to bring the best of Google’s expertise, products, people, and technology to women-led tech startups up to Series A stage that are based in Africa or are developing technology-centered solutions for Africa.
It is a three-month virtual accelerator program for high-potential African Seed to Series A tech startups.
